Mindfulness Skills for Stress Reduction

Let’s “Drop In” Together
Small Group Workshop

Fall Schedule Forming.

Drop into a session(s) and allow yourself to have the dedicated space and time to “drop in” to yourself and to what’s going on inside. Learn and practice mindfulness skills that will help you to deal with stress from life, work, family, loneliness, relationships, anxiety and depression. We often need reminders and support to carry out healthy self care behaviors that we know are good for us. Experience and cultivate ways to be more present in your daily life so you can manage your stress and not let it manage you.

Cindi Rivera, MFT is a long time Marriage, Family Therapist who works with couples, individuals and adolescents who are trying to feel better in their lives and relationships. At each session, she will provide time and space to check in; teach and offer mindfulness based practices that are effective in improving your well-being; and offer time for reflection on your experience. The skills you will learn can be practiced easily in your daily life. No prior experience with mindfulness necessary. Most beneficial to attend all sessions but even one will be helpful.
