Learn and practice mindfulness skills to help you (or a teen you love) deal with the stress of family, school, pressure, conflict or difficult emotions. Increase your resilience to deal with challenges of life; and do it in a kind away. Learn to feel less angry, anxious, sad, lonely, while learning to manage your stress and not let it manage you.
